We are excited to welcome Mrs. Landy Spratt as the new Community Engagement & Enrollment Manager at NursesMC Nashville!
Mrs. Spratt brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and program management, making her an ideal fit to guide families through the enrollment process and help build strong relationships within the community.
Before joining NursesMC Nashville, Mrs. Spratt worked in various roles that focused on supporting families and strengthening community ties. Her work in nonprofit leadership has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of how to help families navigate educational systems, access vital resources, and make informed decisions about their children’s futures. Mrs. Spratt has a proven track record of building partnerships, facilitating outreach, and ensuring that families feel supported every step of the way.
As the Community Engagement & Enrollment Manager, Mrs. Spratt will focus on:
- Recruitment & Enrollment: Leading efforts to inform families about NursesMC Nashville’s unique educational opportunities and ensuring smooth enrollment processes.
- Family Engagement: Cultivating strong relationships with parents and guardians to foster an inclusive and supportive school community.
- Community Partnerships: Strengthening ties with local organizations and leaders to create a network of support for students and families.
- Event Coordination: Organizing family workshops, orientations, and school events to ensure families are engaged and informed.
In her role, Mrs. Spratt is dedicated to making the process of joining NursesMC Nashville clear, welcoming, and supportive. She is passionate about ensuring that families feel informed and confident in their decisions, as they play an essential part in their children’s educational journey.
