Dr. Andrea Poynter (at right) is on the move—and she is not leaving her current position on the faculty of the Gordon E. Inman College of Nursing (ICON) at Belmont University empty handed. As the recently hired executive director of NursesMC Nashville, Dr. Poynter saw an opportunity to secure simulation and lab equipment, as well as supplies for the new school as ICON prepared for renovations. This week she supervised the move of all the donations! Way to go, Dr. Poynter, and many thanks to Belmont University and Dr. Julie Honey, Dean of Inman College of Nursing, for your support!
